預訂了兩晚，房間太小了，位置太偏了，沒有商超，預訂的還不含早餐，衹住了一晚就不想住了，而且第二晚的錢，還不能退，不過有地暖，還是挺暖和的，一開始還跟我説不能辦理落地簽，然後我説那我回莫斯科了怎麼住酒店？然後他還是給我辦了

В номере очень воняло кошачьей мочей, дверной замок задал, пришлось спать с открытой дверью, кровать, постельное белье ужасные... Отношение к гостям грубое.. Утром не могла выйти за ворота, тк они закрыты, персонала не было, такси ожидало, , я пролезала в щелку... Если приехать с чемоданом, то вообще жесть, отель на третьем этаже, крутые лестницы.

Номер просторный и чистый. На стойке регистрации предложили услугу раннего такси до аэропорта, очень удобно👍 для ожидания рейса при долгой пересадке - отличное решение, отель стоят рядом с Авиа отелем, а стоит дешевле)

房間配置和國內一般快捷酒店差不多，還算乾淨，整個酒店不大，位置偏僻些，周圍沒有便捷的交通工具，商店，挨着AVIA 酒店。前台和經理都不會英語，預訂好房間不接收退訂。拾到東西，會送還的。

Мы забронировали отель находясь в Китае и у нас был ранний заезд и ранний выезд,я в комментариях указал это все ,они отказали ,еще я забыл добавить гостя и начал добавлять в приложении ,и мне отказали я был в шоке ,написал еще раз и только через день мне удовлетворили просьбу что можно заселить гостя ,больше не знаю что еще добавить .

Первое при заселении, что мы услышали от администратора :"если планируете оставить чемоданы в камере хранения, доставайте здесь, чтобы мне потом из за вас бегать сюда не пришлось", сама гостиница находится на 3 этаже, камера хранения на 1. Из заявленых кафе, трансфера, оплаты банковской карты -НЕТ НИЧЕГО, кафе находится в соседнем отеле, оплата наличные либо перевод, в номере пол - Кафель, из плюсов - кондиционер и недалеко от аэропорта.
