Not good experience. I was even charged for a meal that the waiter presented poorly and the plate it was in broke with the meal hence I didnt eat but was charged

Overall, it's okay and worthy of the price (it's generally more expensive locally). Arusha is a transit point for safari. There are many travel agencies and hotels on the road soliciting tourists. Please treat them with caution.

I been there for 1 night only ( unfortunately) with my friend after few days safari..and i had very good time.. Perfect location..delicious food and friendly and helpful staff ..because of my birthday i got an room upgrade with an amazing view and very delicious chocolate & strawberry cake along with nice decoration with red flowers in the room … you all make my birthday special and memorable .. many thanks for all of you Till next time

The time we spend with the family during vacation are the memories we cherish. It becomes much more special when everything falls in place. We met wonderful people during our visit to Serengeti. Itturned out to be the best especially because of the stay. The transit to the Venus premier was fairly relaxing, it is a well placed property in the Center of the city, with all amenities at easy reach. The staffs are welcoming. Like their hospitality. The Premium room where we stayed was spacious, bright and clean place. It’s well maintained and neat. Family loved the stay. The Indian food at the hotel kept us close to home. A huge thanks to Mr. Sathish, the guy to reach out for anything you need. His guidance helped us cover all the major side seeing locations around the property, The safari was a great experience. It was the first time experience for the kids. They dint want to leave . A huge thanks to the team Venus Premier. A special thanks to Mr. Sathish to take care of all our needs.

Nice food good ambience staff is very cooperative... rooms are spacipus & washrooms are neat & clean. It has small Gym also & have facility of Spa as well.... on the whole it was excelent hotel in heart of city........ ..,...................
