Our time at Arusha Coffee Lodge was positive - the grounds are well kept, and the lodge itself was large and quite clean. The staff was friendly and attentive but at times confused with the package we had (full board) and thus gave us bills to sign following meals. It got cleared up upon checkout of course. Our biggest concern was the food - it was fantastic, but there was a lot of it. Every dinner was 4 courses and thus a lot of waste. It would be nice to reduce a course and include water in the cost, rather than charging guests for bottles, especially when you are unable to drink the tap water.

Beautiful hotel with stunning gardens. The food was excellent, our server Jonathan was absolutely amazing! He catered to our every want and need. The bar staff were also wonderful. Our villa was beautiful !! The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming, as was every single person we encountered during our stay.

We stayed at Arusha Coffee Lodge for just one night at the start of our safari honeymoon, and it was the perfect introduction to Tanzania. The property is gorgeous—the grounds feel lush and peaceful, and the entire space has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with thoughtful details that made it feel cozy and luxurious. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The food was delicious, and the service at each meal was warm, attentive, and professional. Even with a short stay, Arusha Coffee Lodge stood out as a place we’d happily return to. It’s a wonderful spot to relax and reset before or after a safari.

We stayed here for one night before and after your safari. This lodge is close to the Arusha airport and very nice! Check-in was easy, and the accommodations consist of duplex houses, all finished with wood, located in a forested setting near the main lodge. The houses are very comfortable and well appointed, and each comes with its own deck. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the food and drink selection was very good. The a la carte dinners are VERY good, as is the breakfast buffet! We highly recommend staying here.

The Lodge is beautiful. Rooms are stunning and well maintained. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Denis took very good care of us as well as the rest of the staff. Grounds are lovely and a tour of the shops on site including the weaving and glass blowing was an added treat. Would highly recommend Arusha lodge.

We spent one night at the Arusha Coffee Lodge prior to departing Africa. This property is much larger than the safari camps where we'd been staying. Rooms are beautiful, set amongst the coffee plants, and food is delicious. The property is basically flat, so easy to get around without tons of stairs. It was a great way to return to civilization after our time on safari. Samuel our butler made sure that all our needs were met.
