About this space: Welcome to Arvada Colorado! This newly updated and fully furnished 3 bedrooms, private entrance basement unit is ideal for traveling professionals, explorers, and families looking for a chill and cozy stay! Located just minutes from Olde Town Arvada with restaurants, bars, and shopping, as well as quick access to I-70 for weekend getaways to the mountains, or easy access to downtown Denver, the Location is perfect! The space: When arriving, the home has two free street parking spots in front of the house. Please let me know if you require a third spot prior to your stay. To access your private guest suite, you will find your private entrance with a keypad on the right side of the home. You will enter and immediately head down the stairs. Please use the handrail and enjoy the entry art on your way down! The suite is about 1,100 square feet, including: full kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one king, one queen, and one twin), fold down futon in the living space, bathroom with a large shower, washer/dryer, living space with Roku guest TV, dining area, and dedicated workspace. We have tried to outfit the space with everything you could need! We also have a QR code at the bottom of the stairs with a link to our guidebook with some of our favorite spots in the area, as well as a guide to the unit. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, full-sized range microwave, toaster, and coffee bar. You will have everything you need to make whatever meal you want! Please keep in mind that the unit is on the bottom floor of a 2-level home. We have taken measures to make the noise transfer minimal, but you may occasionally hear footsteps or noise. We also keep quiet hours from 10pm-6am to be respectful of our neighbors and the other residents of the property. The HEATING system is shared between the two units and the temperature control will be controlled by the upstairs unit. We have ensured that the thermostat will stay between 68 and 72 degrees, during the colder seasons. PLEASE NOTE, there is no AC in this unit, but the basement unit is well insulated, however, if you are uncomfortable even with these measures, we are able to adjust further to be closer to your liking. We want you to have a 5-star stay! Guest access: You will have full access to your private unit via keypad entry including all the spaces listed above! You will have access to a semiprivate patio, and shared access to the backyard. Our home is a 3-minute drive to Olde Town Arvada. This gem is a charming spot with restaurants, bars and breweries, shopping, and more. We highly recommend checking it our during your stay - we have some specific recommendations in our guest book, and there is a lot to explore! This is also the nearest location for the Light Rail. While there are some restaurants and pharmacies in walking distance, the overall location is pretty car dependent. To get around, we would recommend driving or ridesharing. There is also a bus stop just on the corner, or less than a 2-minute walk! Other things to note: There is a small dog named Hero on the property. He is extremely sweet and good with people, dogs, and kids. Hero can get a bit spooked by new people, if his owner isn’t around, but is completely harmless and will warm up quickly. Especially if you have a ball to through! You may find him roaming around his favorite place - the backyard. Please be sure to close the gate when you come and leave. Convenience in Arvada Convenient location. Beds and kitchen were clean and comfortable with new appliances and several small pluses. Benjamin. The host, was very responsive as we struggled with our schedule.

HAPPY IN DENVER We had a wonderful experience. Our host communicated beautifully with us. Wwe were there for a Memorial Sservice and when we needed some flexibility on the check out time our host was very thoughtful and accomodating. Excellent communicator. I would stay here again.

Inaccurate listing, cleanliness issue, great location Very spacious three-bedroom apartment in great location. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen, stocked with utensils and spices. Good fridge and stove. Convenient laundry machines. No hand towels or washcloths, and not enough regular towels for a family of six. Be sure to read the description from the owner! VRBO listed this property as having AC (we have screenshots). We didn't notice the description said no climate control at all. It was a heat wave, and we needed to fill the space with fans just to be able to sleep. The owner provided one fan. We had to buy more at Walmart. The listing was edited to remove the mention of AC after we complained. Broken windows in the bathroom and main bedroom allowed a wide variety of creepy-crawlies to enter at night. Every day was an adventure to see what kinds of bugs would be in the shower with you. We have pictures of a brown recluse. Reported to the owner, who dismissed the idea but promised to spray. He never offered to fix the window, and there was no evidence of actually doing anything. Frequent loud noise from upstairs tenants in the middle of the night. Between the noise and the heat and the bugs, it was pretty hard to sleep. Cleanliness left something to be desired. Spiderwebs everywhere (see previous part of the review). Couch was filthy and stained. Rugs were threadbare and worn enough to present a hazard (we put them in the closet to avoid tripping on them).
