Black mold! I had to clean the apt on my own, a sweet disgusting smell makes you want to vomit, you have to leave the windows open to survive the smell and then it's SUPER noisy. All they say is "they can't do anything today"; no matter if you call at noon (we already left at noon) or after work, noone ever at the reception, they don't care at all. They can't do anything is the only answer I get. They don't seem to want guests. I cannot stay in this disgusting mold smell although I cleaned all the black mold on my own and sprayed desinfectant, smell keeps on coming back. I cannot believe the other reviews are real. I have no idea where to sleep tonight now, since the booking was done by my agency, I will have to find something on my own. This is not bad service, this is no service at all.
