Hotel Garni Golf - a place to come back to ❣️ A family-like hotel where the owners and staff are helpful and make your stay comfortable . Great location, parking nearby. The rooms are big and very clean, with all the accessories you'll need. The Breakfast has a rich buffet, and the staff will fulfill any special request. Summer 2023 we stayed for 2 weeks at the Garni Golf Hotel in Ascona, just steps away from the Lake Maggiore promenade. The Garni Golf Hosts Rita and “Joe” could not have been more welcoming, helpful and charming. My husband and I looked forward every morning to the generous breakfast cafe—cereals, cheeses, cold cuts, veggies, fresh fruit, and oh so delicious Swiss bread! On top of that Joe remembered every morning which one of us loved Espresso and which Cappuccino! The housekeeping staff was also excellent. The best part was that the rooms were air-conditioned—the summer was hotter than ever! We stayed in 3 different rooms at our request. All were comfortable but the one with the small terrace and view of lake and surrounding hills was a dream!

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Alles war schön sauber Die Gastgebersind sehr freundlich und immer zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war auch lecker. Wirhaben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Beim nächsten Besuch in Ascona werden wirwieder dort einchecken. Danke für Alles.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem der kleinen Gässchen, nur einige Meter von der Seepromenade entfernt. Die Begrüssung durch Rita war sehr freundlich, ja schon fast familiär. Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut (Empfehlung: das Maggia-Brot). Da wir uns hier sehr wohl fühlten, entschlossen wir uns noch eine Nacht zu bleiben. Wir erhielten zum gleichen Preis ein Upgrade, vielen Dank Rita. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und wir waren sicher auch nicht das letzte Mal im Garni Golf. Liebe Rita, lieber Giuseppe vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce charmant garni. Tout était parfait, il n’y a rien à ajouter. Ce qu’il faut relever c’est l’accueil chaleureux et amical de Rita et Giuseppe, assez rare en ces temps. Merci à eux. Il faut également noter la situation presque sur les quais animés mais néanmoins très tranquille la nuit. Nous recommandons cet établissement à tous.

Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Die Lage ist optimal: ganz in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle Ascona Centro, der Anlegestelle am See und der vielen Restaurants. Im «Golf» wird Sauberkeit grossgeschrieben. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und bietet u. a. eine grosse Auswahl an regionalen Käsen und Broten. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Unser Safe war klein, reichte aber für das Wertvollste aus. Das Grander Wasser ist ein i-Tüpfelchen, auf das wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Liebe Rita, lieber Giuseppe, tausend Dank für eure Herzlichkeit, Grosszügigkeit und Sympathie. Ihr seid ein Superteam! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben das Wochenende im Hotel Garni Golf in Ascona verbracht. Es wird garantiert nicht unser letztes Mal sein. Das Gastgeber Paar, Giuseppe und Rita waren äusserst aufmerksam und sehr herzlich. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig, die Betten ebenfalls (2 x 1 m breit) und sehr bequem. Auch die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine war ein Highlight und auch die Flasche Granderwasser. Nicht zu vergessen das wunderbare Frühstücksbuffet, der uns jeden Wunsch erfüllte. Alles frisch und liebevoll angerichtet.
