It is indeed very quiet. The room is in Nordic log style, and the space is quite large. But as a high-end resort hotel, it fails for the following reasons: 1. The biggest complaint is that its food is very, very bad. It's not that I haven't eaten good Kaiseki cuisine. I have been to Japan many times and have experienced delicious Kaiseki cuisine in Kobe's hot spring hotel, and it is very filling. At 6:00 a.m., there was a radio broadcast, and then there was some prompt in Japanese... My God, I felt like I came here for military training. The serene valley garden is perfect for a relaxing stroll. The staff was attentive and the overall atmosphere was incredibly tranquil. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating getaway! The next day I woke up and walked around the mountains. The air was fresh and it felt particularly clean. The hotel's restaurant has Japanese and Western styles to choose from. I ate different flavors in the two days and made a reservation for a kaiseki meal. It was exquisite and delicious. , there is also a 7-11 snack shop not far from the hotel, which is also good. The hotel service is very good. There was a Chinese-speaking lady who specially helped me move my luggage to the second floor (because there is no elevator), which was a little touching!

Meals are served in the central restaurant, will need to book meal timing for both breakfast and dinner as they serve over two rounds. Chose kaiseki dinner which felt like fine dining too. The rooms are modern, with the private onsen on rustic balcony facing the forest. The hot onsen water runs continuously into the pool, which made me think it’s really from the mountains. Do note the hotel is on the middle of a hill, so if driving, be prepared to drive along small windy roads to reach. When leaving, the hotel staff will even help to look out for oncoming cars and direct you to safely drive out of the hotel property onto the main road.

The service is impeccable, everyone is very professional and welcoming. There is no public area in the hotel to go shopping, so you can only drive out to play and watch the scenery. I booked two rooms. This room is on a large flat floor and smoking is allowed. My husband is very satisfied. The breakfast and dinner are very rich and satisfying. When I left the store today, I found that even the shoes were wiped very clean, as if they were new

The hotel is located in Sengokuhara, in the middle of a mountain. If you live on a high floor, you can see Mount Fuji when the weather is good. From breakfast to check-out, the whole process felt that there was no care. It was seriously mismatched for a gold diamond hotel.
