Amazing service from check-in to departure. The fluffy beds and warm epsom salt bath to come home to after a long day of skiing can not be beat. In addition, great snacks and great time in the living room at night ! Truly the only place to stay in Aspen!

Disappointed. Very cool vibe and fun property, however, we were mislead about the pet policy. We have severe allergies. We knew the property was pet friendly, but when we made our reservation, we were told that the hotel had specific pet free rooms. That is not the case. We love animals and have stayed at other hotels that are pet friendly, but they reserve rooms for people with allergies. If you have a pet, you will enjoy this property. If you have allergies, this is not the place for you.

Excellent hotel and staff! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay truly exceptional. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five-star experience!

Hotel Jerome is our favorite hotel in the country. The service, the comfort of the rooms, the food and beverage offerings, and the pool / hot tub are all absolutely *top-notch*! This was our fourth time staying there and we were upgraded to a suite slightly larger than the suite we usually stay in which really made the experience special. We can't wait to come back!

Great service, great amenities and fantastic food. Every team member was super friendly. They were always asking if they could help, offering things above and beyond. The rooms were wonderful and clean. A very high end luxury resort. Worth the trip! Will be back to stay again!

This hotel is in a beautifully renovated historic building in the heart of Aspen and walking distance from the Aspen/Ajax mountain. The staff is top notch, the rooms are gorgeous and their shuttle service if extremely useful. The J Bar and Living Room are a fun place to have a drink or meal with your group and the restaurants are amazing. Bad Harriett is their speak easy in the building next door that is a must see even if you aren't staying at the hotel. Finally their hot tubs and pools are a great way to relax and rejuvenate the muscles after a day on the mountains.

Great experience overall. Hotel Jerome is well-located in Aspen, and the two bars in the hotel are great and a lot of fun. The skiing recommendations and equipment rentals were also great and easy. Mathew, the manager, particularly went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay, and the concierge team ensured we had great dining options throughout our stay.

The hotel is immaculate, the staff and the service is the very best, while being casual and familiar. It's an amazing hotel in an equally appealing town center. Every member of the staff was not only polite and kind but felt interested in my plans while on property.
