Mojigao - Eco Resort

Fabulous spot in beautifully kept jungle gardens. A really relaxing place. Staff are all naturally super friendly (Joshua / Anthony and the lovely French lady Pascaline! Plus all the others. ) , which adds massively to the warm welcome. Unbelievably good food and service served throughout the day. The breakfasts serve until 3 pm ! And the choice is fabulous - we will really miss the breakfasts! We joined Ian ( supported by Paul) in the group yoga session each morning - which was great and a superb start to the day! Thoroughly enjoyed each session and would highly recommend joining in. We stayed in one of the beautifully appointed cottages which are dotted round the jungle garden. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness that has gone into this hotel is really impressive. And we really enjoyed the superb Friday afternoon live music by Zane. Would definitely recommend a stay at this place if you find yourselves in this part of India! Thank you we had a great stay.

We visited the restaurant for a Sunday lunch when there was live music. It is a large, spacious and very attractive restaurant with an interesting and varied menu. The restaurant is quite expensive, however the food was delicious. Unfortunately the service is poor, and staff require further training (my main meal arriving 7-8 minutes after my husband's). However Pascaline is absolutely brilliant 'front of house'. Friendly and super efficient, she was everywhere keeping an eye on everything. I cannot imagine that the restaurant would survive if it weren't for her. Overall we enjoyed going to Mojigao, and hope to return

Don’t go only by the ratings of this place as it seems it mostly represents the ones who visit for breakfast or Lunch or dinner. If they improve their service quality and expand their breakfast menu, this can actually become a fantastic place to stay. Concerns - the hotel staff recommended a taxi driver who asked for almost an extortion level charges for the taxi. We could get it from outside at half the cost. Honestly it was a scam. - serious issues in house keeping:- they just forget to make up the rooms during the day and you are left with an unclean room at the end of the day. - breakfast - great for a day or two but if you are Indian food lovers, surely choose another place to stay, as there is nothing but the Mediterranean food choices. Having mentioned that whatever we ate, it was very healthy and not bad to taste.

The entire staff was so welcoming & my cottage was super comfortable! The ambiance was great with live music every day either during the day or in the evening and I loved the vibe! The food was delicious with all options vegan, vegetarian & regular menus. Everything was fresh & they always called to check if you had what you needed before the end of the night. Tge spa & yoga was a perfect addition to this magical place! I highly recommend & am definitely visiting again.

Set in a jungle book landscape, sits Mojigao, which ***** with its superb ambience will stun you with the superior food it serves. Such a laid back atmosphere, surrounded by abundant nature, amidst absolute silence. Each one does their own thing, and fits in perfectly well to the magic this place has created. The health juices are fabulous. Each one better than the other, and the food is superlative too. My absolute favourite is the avocado toast with the poached eggs.

My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary at Mojigao and the place did not disappoint - we had a beautiful time at Mojigao that we will never forget. The rooms are stunning - luxury wooden huts nestled into the most beautiful jungle/bitanical gardens. We availed ourselves of the spa, which was great. The breakfasts were superb - lovely food and plentiful. The staff was super helpful and kind - including putting a lovely hand made card in our room to support our anniversary celebration. This is a very idyllic hotel. We had such a good time we didnt want to leave and stayed an extra night. We are very grateful to everyone at the hotel and I really hope that we wil be able to visit again in the future. Thank you!
