DO NOT RECOMMEND We booked a 3-night stay. Sylvana, the receptionist, was friendly and attentive, but Marino, the owner, was rude and aggressive. He only speaks Italian, which made communication difficult. We used the room's heating, but the next day were told it wasn't allowed as it was "too early" in October. Despite explaining we had two young children, Marino came to our room, yelled at us, and claimed he was doing us a favor by letting us use it. The following day, the heating and hot water suddenly stopped working, and we were advised to find alternative accommodation. While the location is pleasant, the apartment itself is very low quality, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was decent but overpriced. We strongly suggest avoiding this place.

Very nice location in green Umbria, with great view all around. Great swimming pool if you want to relax, but also very close to Assisi, Perugia etc. Nice activities as well with older children like rafting. Try the hot air balloon tour! For a restaurant you need to drive a bit, so very convenient that you can have dinner at Le Colombe if you want.

Agriturismo immerso nella natura. Verde ovunque . Prati curatissimi. Vista su Perugia e Assisi . Silenzio e pace. Appartamenti molto spaziosi e puliti. Ideale per un weekend di relax . Anche per i nostri amici a quattro zampe. Consigliato .

Tres bel endroit vraiment stratégique pour visiter Perugia, Spello Assise...Appartement 6 tres propre, spacieux. Piscine agréable. Le gros problème est le balcon partagé pour les appartements à l étage. Les appartements en rdc bénéficient d un espace plus intime sur jardin. Les photos sur le site ne montre pas cette configuration et c est très décevant. Nous avons été obligé de composer pendant notre semaine avec des voisins bruyants, fumeurs..et quelquefois prendre nos repas à l intérieur pour plus de tranquillité. Dommage.

L'Ombrie, c'est la Toscane sans les touristes et à un prix abordable. Accueil chaleureux, patrimoine architectural et historique incroyable, très bonne cuisine, artisanat authentique et paysages naturels, nombreux festivals pour les mélomanes en particulier.

Casale splendido tenuto in maniera impeccabile dal proprietario, persona gentile e cordiale! Belli gli appartamenti, la sala comune e la zona piscina con giochi per bambini e campetto da calcio. Vicino a tutto e gode di una magnifica vista.
