The hotel is well situated close to the main site attractions, eg walking distance to St Francis basilica. The hotel is very clean with very friendly and helpful staff, one of them Rim was very good. The breakfast is not too bad,but I think the spread is not wide enough. Very hot weather for walking, so get a hat and comfortable shoes. Lots of hilly areas.We really enjoyed ourselves and rested as the city is quiet and serene. The trattoria in the town square serves good dishes. We tried the white lasagne and will recommend it.

In a central location, large light & quiet modern room with large modern bathroom. Good storage Secure wifi. Good breakfast which could be improved with cut fresh fruit. Staff friendly and welcoming. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Good value for money.

We arrived in Assisi by train and took a taxi up to the city, takes around 5-10 minutes and costs 20 euros max. What an incredible sight arriving here the medieval city is just magnificent. The hotel is right in the centre just off the main piazza. The city is just amazing with so much to see, the basilicas are stunning. The check in staff were excellent we were served by a delightful young lady who was so helpful. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice and fantastic coffee. Isabella looked after us really well and had great knowledge of the local area. The room was clean and a nice size with a good modern bathroom. The temperature was extremely hot in Assisi and our air conditioning worked but it wasn’t the best also slightly noisy. I would recommend the walk to San Maria Basilica along the pilgrims path it takes about an hour along a wide path through beautiful countryside, the basilica doesn’t disappoint. There are a few restaurants and cafes there for refreshments. I would definitely visit Assisi again it’s a magnificent city. Thanks to all the hotel staff for making our stay so pleasurable.

A very nice and well located hotel in the ancient part of the city of Assisi in Italy Very near to Santa Clara’ s chapel Nice restaurants and shops nearby The hotel is very modern inside, has a small restaurant and the rooms are very confortable Excellent bathriom

A fantastic hotel on flat ground in central Assisi. As Assisi is very hilly and I have some knee problems, this hotel was a Godsend to me. The staff were amazing especially Lorenzo, Besa, Milena and the breakfast Manager. The room was very comfortable with 2 big windows overlooking the street and a lovely shower room. It's very near to Porta Nuova from where you can catch a bus to the train station and other places. There are restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Without any doubt we will definitely book this hotel again when we visit Assisi in the near future. THANK YOU HOTEL DEI PRIORI ❤️

A passable three stars, maybe two. Exceptional location in the centre, Franciscan room, almost unusable hairdryer, bathtub without mat, slippery and dangerous. We were not informed of the benefits of the Assisi card. Ordinary breakfast. Boutiques?

Does not match the expectations of a 4 star boutique hotel! Our junior suite only had a tub without a shower, a rubber tube as a hairdryer, the bed resting on a chipped and stained concrete surface. Poor internal soundproofing, you could even hear the noise of the suitcase zipper from the other rooms. Very small minibar with already opened and used water bottle inside. Safe not working.

An unexpected disappointment after many years of going to Assisi I wanted to stay in this hotel to be in the center of the town, we book 4 double rooms for single use at 95.00 euros for one night they give us 2 star rooms to say the least. Bathroom that one single person finds it difficult to enter, disgusting and smelly carpet, dirty and torn wallpaper and shower head that does not work, window that cannot be opened blocked by a net with a view of the vents of the kitchen engines with relative smell of food of the kitchens below we are talking about Room 109 so we understand what dive you have assigned me.
