La Casina Colorata is located right in the middle of the historical centre of Assisi, with most of the sights within walking distance including the (free) car park. What makes this accommodation a cut above the rest is the welcome by the owner Beatrice who is ever so ready to help with advice to make your stay a memorable one... and it certainly was!

Due to a faulty lock we were without a place to stay late at night in Assisi. The restaurant owner where we went recommended La Casina Coloradan and the owner Beatrice picked us up late at night and took us to her lovely place. The accommodations were great and she could not have been a better hostess to us. The town had no laundromat and she was so nice she did our laundry for us and would not accept any money. She was truly an angel who came to our aide.

Very easy to find and Beatrice gave very clear instructions for my arrival. Lovely room and bathroom. Very good WiFi. The position is central which means that it is half way up a very long hill. Perfect. Will definitely be back hopefully with other members of the family. It is also only about a two minute walk from my favourite restaurant - Il Menestrello so my stay was made even better. Thank you so much.

Ottima la camera e i servizi ad essa annessi, Ottima la posizione centrale rispetto ai luoghi da visitare. Accoglienza super della simpaticissima e disponibilissima Beatrice che ci ha guidati e coccolati per l'intero soggiorno dandoci indicazioni su tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno: dal parcheggio ai ristoranti ai luoghi da visitare. Como o próprio nome já diz, é uma casinha, com duas suites e uma cozinha compartilhada. O ambiente é lindo, aconchegante, muito limpo, os quartos são bem espaçosos, as camas e travesseiros muito confortáveis, o banheiro muito bom, com uma ducha ótima. O ambiente é todo climatizado à escolha do hóspede, o que é imprescindível, pois Assis é uma cidade é muito gelada. Ponto extra para a dona, Beatrice, que é uma querida e uma das pessoas mais simpáticas que eu já conheci na vida.

Un b&b veramente accogliente è come essere a casa, posizione ottima. La proprietaria attenta a tutto dal momento in cui parti al momento in cui arrivi. Ci ha inviato indicazioni sul parcheggio e sui locali dove potevamo pranzare, cenare e fare colazione. Ci è venuta incontro sull' orario di check-in perché noi saremmo arrivati la sera tardi. Una persona dolcissima, cortese e professionale. Se andate ad Assisi vi consiglio vivamente la Casina Colorata, noi sicuramente ci torneremo.

A acolhida da Beatrice, a forma como ela mos conduziu, via mensagem do WhatsApp com detalhes para o estacionamento, e chegada no hotel, já que em Assis não se pode trafegar nas ruas com carros que não seja da cidade. Ela foi tão atenciosa e compreensiva, foi ao nosso encontro e nos ajudou com nossa bagagem, quando nos encontrou de longe acenado como se fosse alguém da monja família com saudades nos enco teando. Me senti acolhida. Beatrice não é só uma anfitriã, se tornou uma amiga. O ambiente limpo, lindo e a onchegante.
