The price/quality ratio is one of the best. Good location. The staff is a bit rude. Also, the air conditioners don't work, it's sooo hot to sleep. This makes you uncomfortable, you can't get enough sleep and your bed is wet. They don't clean until you ask. I called the reception to find out what's wrong with the air conditioner, they said the season is over and we've turned them off, we can advise you to open the window. The window doesn't blow anything at all, there's only more noise in the room

Advantages: There are many shopping malls within 3 kilometers, there is a supermarket downstairs, and there is a fast food restaurant opposite. Disadvantages: The room has a bathtub, and it is a bit inconvenient to take a shower. The breakfast is very ordinary and not as good as eating directly in the supermarket. The mattress and pillow are OK, but the bed legs are a bit crooked.

Seeing that no one takes the initiative to say hello, they are not very polite! The shower door in the room leaks quite badly! There are not many types of breakfast. There is also an umbrella borrowed from the front desk when it rains. After showing the room card to the waiter, he said that the deposit for one umbrella is 10,000 tenge, and two umbrellas are 20,000 tenge. I really can't understand this operation. How much is the price of an umbrella? And it is understandable that the hotel charges a certain deposit for guests staying in the hotel, but the fee is a bit outrageous! Overall, I was not in a good mood after staying for four nights. This hotel does not have what a star hotel should have!

The room is quite big, the power sockets are also Chinese sockets, and there is Chinese food. There is a boy at the front desk named Gestiemu. He speaks Chinese, English and Russian fluently and helps a lot. Thank you again.

Of the three chain hotels I've been to in Astana, this one deserves first place. Excellent value for money. Everything is new, clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, great breakfast. On the downside, it's a bit far from the center and the shower has weak pressure.

It's OK in all aspects. It's an average place to stay for a business trip. It's like all seasons. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk from the exhibition hall. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Silk Road Mall, which is quite convenient. The price is cheap and the price-performance ratio is pretty good. Didn't eat breakfast, no comment.

A cosy hotel right in the central axis of modern Astana. I loved the spacious room - was great to spend some time working on the convenient desk. Internet was fine as well. … and even during the nights below -33° like now the room was warm and cosy!
