В гостинице «Орынбор» хамское обслуживание и неадекватные изменения цен. Персонал необходимо обучать элементарному сервису и умению отвечать на вопросы клиенту. Вместо внятных ответов - параллельные личные разговоры по телефону и грубые агрессивные ответы. На просьбу уделить время и ответить на интересующие нас вопросы, - шантажируют, что у них повысится давление и ничего лишнего у них спрашивать нельзя. Демонстрировали номер, и дверь в ванной комнате была заблокирована, на вопрос не возникнет ли аналогичная проблема в номере, который нам предоставят ресепшен закатила глаза и сказала, что все может быть и бывают отключения воды на несколько часов и чтобы мы ничего не говорили по этому поводу. Что касается руководства гостиницы, то цены повышают постоянно: сначала сказали, что одноместный номер стоит 14 тыс. тенге, когда пришли через день для бронирования, уже стоимость увеличена до 16 тыс. тенге. Просят заплатить задаток за сутки, но при этом не выдают фискальный чек, - налицо теневая экономика. Бронировали номер с 1 по 10 октября, но за день звонят и говорят, что стоимость повысилась до 35 тыс. тенге. При этом, в гостинице нет столовой/ресторана. Не рекомендую данную гостиницу.
