A good place to stay right in the centre of the city. Baiterek, Moskva business centre and ministerial building are in 5 min walk. The room was clean and spacious, all necessities in the room. The bathtub was clogged and limited supply of toilet paper, napkins was provided, be prepared to request more from the reception if you are ill or use more paper. Breakfast is buffet but with limited variety. Enough to satiate you for a good start of the day.

Bathrooms could be better. Overall very good. Gym saloon is very good, but should be open very early and very late, like from 05:00am to 01:00am.

I went to Astana for a business trip and the event was at the Sheraton. This hotel is close to the Sheraton. The environment is really average, that is, it is at the domestic three-star level, and the price is indeed more than twice that of the domestic five-star. The wallpaper is peeled off, the carpet is dirty, the facilities are very old, and the sound insulation is very poor. When you open the door next door, you think you are opening your own door. Not cost-effective, not recommended. The front desk is also very rigid and won't open a room before 1 o'clock. There wasn't even water at the front desk. Will never stay there again.
