My recent stay at Rixos President Hotel Astana was an absolute delight, leaving me with an indelible impression of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. Pros: -a stunning view of the city through panoramic windows (recommended for photo shoots😉, photo attached) -cleanliness -presence of a swimming pool -location: in the center, everything can be reached on foot, ideal for tourists. Near mall, supermarket. Cons: -in my room there was a door to another room (there is in the photo, behind the chair) which was not warned about. Through it was heard the conversation and laughter of those living in the next room. At a minimum, you need to warn about this, how to reduce the number to such a number as much as possible - 72% melted SPREAD instead of butter at breakfast! This is terrible for a hotel of this level. - the waiters could not tell how the toaster works, stick a brief instruction to the toaster - tell the waiters at breakfast that brushing the crumbs on the floor is not normal, they must be carefully wiped with a rag and not on the floor, and the crumbs should be removed from under the salt and pepper shakers too!

The first St. Regis hotel in Central Asia. Overall very good! Great room service, the room decoration is very high-end, and all the equipment in the room, such as the electric towel rack, are very convenient. The bed is really comfortable and you can't feel any shaking when you turn around.

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

The hotel management is very weak, the staff are only very good at their language, they don't know the basics of working with the tourists, I traveled a lot, and I've never asked a master or a sleeping cover, and they answered me, after a long wait, there's no way for a hotel that's classified as this classification, to have a sleeping master and to have a sleeping master. The old furniture is dirty, the carpet in the canal is dirty, the room service is very weak, the towels are not changed, the pads are not replaced, and there is no Klinks in the room, and when you ask them to do any service, nobody responds even to the bar, no barge service, no barge worker, no hotel is not. He's a caretaker with his own needs.

We chose this hotel because of many great reviews about friendly staff, clean and neat rooms and tasty food on breakfasts and dinners. The staff is wonderful. Especially Ainur!!! The location is great. We recommend this wonderful hotel for everyone to stay both for leisure and for work

I had intended to spend four nights at this hotel. However, I checked out after only two nights, as I had trouble sleeping due to club music coming from the hotel and/or surrounding area. I stayed in rooms 1107 & 1605. I didn't want to checkout, as the hotel, on every level, was excellent, specific to staff, service, room quality, gym, spa (I had one treatment), club lounge, and food. I would have rated the hotel 5 stars without hesitation, but, I lowered my rating because of the noise. If you're not bothered by such noise nuances, stay at this hotel!

I am really impressed with the kindness, hospitality and service from all the staff at this excellent modern hotel - in an excellent location. Flawless stay. Beautiful suite with really nice welcome of Kazakh wine and a souvenir Yurt in my suite. Meticulously clean, comfortable and really good value too. Can't say enough good things about this superb hotel. Hilton driver met me at airport. Really kind warm welcome. Local tourist suggestions given by front desk. Excellent recommendations. One special employee deserves mention as the friendliest and kindest breakfast waiter I have met in years. Deserves ”Employee of the month”. He delivered the most kind, genuine Kazakh hospitality and just made me feel so welcome. I have a photo below but can't remember his name unfortunately. Highest recommendation for this wonderful hotel - a beautiful building made perfect by truly outstanding, committed and very hard working staff. Excellent English spoken by all I met. Well done and genuine thanks for your kindness and hospitality.

A good place to stay right in the centre of the city. Baiterek, Moskva business centre and ministerial building are in 5 min walk. The room was clean and spacious, all necessities in the room. The bathtub was clogged and limited supply of toilet paper, napkins was provided, be prepared to request more from the reception if you are ill or use more paper. Breakfast is buffet but with limited variety. Enough to satiate you for a good start of the day.
