Hotel is central and easy to find. Parking is a bit limited. Hotel was clean and tidy with the usal facilities. Breakfast was reasonable at 13€

Excelente ubicación, escasamente 3 minutos de la Pza de España (Ayuntamiento) y a 10 de ka Catedral y el Palacio de Gaudí. Habitación muy amplia con baño conpleto con bañera y también plato de ducha.
Personal muy amable y atento. Dispone de Spa aunque se echa en falta una cafetería, bar.. donde poder sentarse y tomar algo tranquilamente. También dispone de un enorme aparcamiento para dejar los coches con acceso interior al hotel.
De volver por esta coudad, ya sé dónde me hospedaré de nuevo.

Really nice hotel on the Camino in charming town of Astorga. We had a large room with great views and space. Excellent bathroom too. Breakfast had a lot of choices and staff in the hotel were great. Definitely recommend this hotel to Camino walkers looking for a bit of luxury.

Very good Eurostars hotel. Excellent location in the centre of Astorga. Very well equipped rooms. Excellent beds! Beautiful breakfast but no lunch or dinner. This is no problem because you will find many restaurants and bars very close by. Friendly staff and secure parking included.

What a lovely hotel! Charming friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. The room was fab! Clean, modern and really spacious. Such comfortable beds and everything was just lovely. A fridge, concealed lighting above the bed, glass doors etc I want to stay here again!

The only positive thing about this hotel is its building. Only one person, who was effective, thank goodness, at reception, managing four entrances. The room is large but you can see the passage of time. Plaster from a window that also closed badly fell on one of the tables (photo). The chair at that table had its upholstery peeled off (photo). Only two tissues in the dispenser. The waste bin in the bathroom is pressed with the foot to open it and the lid flies off. The soap dispensers do not work well and very little soap comes out each time you press it. The parking lot is in a lot that is accessed by two flights of stairs without an elevator plus a few meters of walking without any "attraction". The cistern drain was stuck and had to be corrected to avoid wasting water. All this was said at reception when we checked out. We only stayed one night, fortunately.

El personal estupendo, pero al Hotel le sobra una *. No se pueden poner sillas despellejadas en el mobiliario que parecen traídas de otros establecimientos viejos. En cuanto al buffet de desayuno, deja bastante que desear, raquítico y de media calidad tirando a baja.
