Отличнейшее месторасположение. В этом же здании кафе «Сойка» - можно перекусить. На этом, наверное, и все.
Лифт не работал. Чтобы подключить каждое новое устройство (телефон, планшет, лэптоп), приходилось спускаться вниз на ресепшен. Комнаты на третьем этаже с мансардой, приходилось все время ходить согнувшись.
Количество полотенец прям под счет выдавали.
Матрас … вспомнил детство на даче - просто проваливаешься - как будто вместо матраса пружина (может так и было).
Белье было прям так себе и с чистота, возможно, 3 из 5.
Опять же месторасположение сглаживало недостатки, но соотношение цена / качество не очень.

Лучшее расположение в центре города. Чистые и приятные номера. Отличная кофейня на первом этаже по соседству. Приветливый персонал. Всем советую 👍👍👍

Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Расположение, сервис, качество, уют номеров - все на высоком уровне. Рекомендую! Все достопремичательности и присутственные места в шаговой доступности. Отель предлагает завтраки в соседнем кафе Сойка с летней террасой.

Отель занимает историческое здание и расположен очень удобно, в центре, Советую тем, кто приезжает на пару дней - все достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. Соотношение цены и качества - оптимальное. Номера чистые и достаточно просторные. Персонал обходительный и вежливый. В общем, нам все понравилось. Спасибо!

Всë отлично, прекрасный отель за свои деньги. Тихо, удобно. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Прекрасный ресторан Сойка прям в гостинице. Хороший завтрак, приятный персонал. На несколько дней остановиться - очень хорошая опция

Отличный, чистый номер с высокими потолками, где продумана каждая деталь — очень атмосферное пространство, в котором приятно находиться. Но, к сожалению, впечатление немного смазал сервис. Информация при бронировании: На сайте нигде не указано, что рядом с отелем идут дорожные работы, из-за которых невозможно заехать на парковку. В нашем случае это оказалось критичным. Такой момент стоило бы уточнять при звонке для подтверждения бронирования. Работа администратора: При заселении мы не получили никакой информации о номере — ни о мини-баре, ни о возможности заказать еду из кафе, расположенного ниже. Если бы я сама не уточнила,наверное и не узнали бы. Шум от стройки: Понимаем, что работы возле здания — не зона ответственности отеля, но важно учитывать, что в доме старого фонда любой шум слышен особенно сильно. В 4 утра мы проснулись от звуков техники. Кофейня «Сойка» — приятный бонус: Это действительно место с прекрасной атмосферой и высоким уровнем сервиса. Здесь все вежливо, профессионально и приятно — именно так хочется ощущать заботу о гостях. Учитывая, что мы остановились в самом дорогом номере отеля, ожидания от сервиса были выше. Если бы эти моменты были учтены, впечатление осталось бы безупречным.

Останавливась в этом отеле с 2015 г. Поражает, что все это время отель преображается, не меняя своего стиля и духа. Всегда приветливый персонал, готовый решить любую вашу проблему, чистота номеров и прекрасные завтраки. Побывав здесь один раз, вы будете возвращаться снова и снова!

Отель с историей. Отзывчивый персонал. Останавливаемся в отеле 3-й раз. Завтраки не брали. В номере было сломано окно, быстро отремонтировали, но сразу предложили переселить. Уборки каждый день. Парковочное место во внутреннем дворике. Бронировали два двухместных номера. Один из них угловой. Тепло в обоих. Очень хочется, чтобы отель сохранял свой исторический вид, как и Астрахань в целом.
