We stayed in Las Lomas Casa Hotel close to the Galeria and Shopping del Sol. Standard king bed room. This is a Paraguayan house made of stone that has been converted into a hotel. Our room was basic but functional and comfortable. The Good...bed was on the firmer side but comfortable, pillow selection, a/c functioning, breakfast, and the beautiful outdoor patio area. The not so good...signage to the hotel is lacking, especially for the entrance to the parking area in the back (unmarked green portón) which is on the street behind the hotel (hotel spans the block front to back). Also, front desk was not always responsive to whatsapp messages or calls to open the gate. The only other things I can find to complain about are small (room details/cosmetic). They have a restaurant connected to the hotel called Musiú, but we didn't try it. It is definitely upscale with guests dressing their very best and was packed on Friday and Saturday nights. I would consider Las Lomas Casa Hotel for a future stay in Asuncion.

My room was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The staff was friendly and super helpful. I love the large courtyard and will stay here again. I highly recommend the attached restaurant, Musica, for dinner. It is an independent business, not run by the hotel, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of food. The chef is Peruvian and makes excellent ceviche.

Quiet place near city center and close to shopping. Very good food. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Staff is very friendly and always at your service. They have a very nice garden with a small pool.

This hotel was excellent. From an excellent staff to excellent accommodations, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The on-sight restaurant is of top quality and ambiance. The hotel internet was adequate for my needs (I did not attempt to stream). When I next return to Paraguay, I will endeavor to stay again at Las Lomas Case Hotel!

I liked it as it was more of home feeling than of a typical hotel. Near to restaurants and malls but still tucked inside in a silent and peaceful area. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast spread could have been better. And the menu did not change at all.

Very friendly and attentive staff and beautiful property. I wish I had more time to enjoy it all. The gardens and pool were wonderful. The room was very comfortable, and the meals were great as well. Magaly was very helpful, as well as the night doorman. Thank you!

Expensive and has hostel-like service. The rooms are basic, hospital-style. There's no decor. The rooms on the upper floor are like ovens. Breakfast is served until 10:00 on Saturdays! The location is good. The house is old and has no improvements. I don't recommend it; there are many better options for the price. Also, the photos are enhanced and don't represent the real place.
