Wow! We were so impressed with La Factoria Hotel in Asuncion. The hotel is stunning – beautiful architecture, lovely rooms, gorgeous common areas, and excellent food. The high attention to detail is noted throughout the property. The location is perfect – near great restaurants and shopping. We cannot wait to return to this world-class luxury property. I would highly recommend booking a suite – which provides a large amount of space and is beautifully decorated.

The best hotel we stayed in during our time in SA. Rodrigo and Lewis especially were amazing. The hotel and the service is incredible. This would be £1000 a night if it was in London or Italy. Anyone visiting Asunción should stay here if you can. The food and cocktails also 10/10. Thank you.

La Factoría is hands down, my favorite hotel in ANY country in the world. We stayed many nights sprinkled through January and May/June 2021, and although this review is late on my part, this gorgeous property MUST be recognized. From the 5-star service to the spectacular, gothic-inspired property, meticulously framed by tropical foliage and an inviting pristine pool, this hotel is a true gem. It would be well over a thousand euros in Europe. I still dream of their room service breakfasts, elaborate and delivered with supreme service. We were so lucky to be able to visit multiple times during the pandemic, and they took great safety measures here, for anyone concerned with that—employees always masked, and sink outside with a doorman who handed you a fresh paper towel to dry your hands. The Hotel Manager is amazingly kind and detail-oriented, as are his entire staff. The photos in the review don’t do this properly justice. We hope we are lucky enough to return to this jewel of hospitality next time we are in Paraguay! Muchísimas Gracias Rodrigo y equipo! ¡Espero que nos veamos pronto!

Não me entendam mal: a equipe do hotel é primorosa, fazem de tudo para você ser feliz durante a estadia. Mas, para quem ganha muito bem por hora e precisa de conexão de internet segura, esse é o pior hotel em que já estive. Deixei de atendem 03 clientes e tive que interromper uma aula ao vivo com 40 pessoas porque a rede de wi-fi caiu e não voltou. Para quem precisa de internet para trabalhar enquanto passeia por aqui, não recomendo. Mas, se você veio somente a passeio, pode vir e ser feliz, pois seu chip 4g daqui dá conta da internet de celular e notebook tranquilamente. Eu não voltarei a esse hotel, pois dependo de boa e segura conexão de internete e 5800 reais por 04 dias de estadia deveriam me garantir internet de qualidade. Uma pena. Confiança é tudo.

El Hotel es espectacular! Me gusto mucho su estilo y su ubicación. La habitación muy espaciosa, realmente sobresale del resto de los hoteles típicos. Volvería una y mil veces. Para mejorar: cuando ingrese a mi habitación la caja de seguridad estaba cerrada. Pedí un taxi y me cobraron 125 mil guaraníes por una distancia relativamente corta. A mi regreso por el mismo trayecto pagué 30 mil. Cuando pregunté en recepción me dijeron que debían tener una comisión, esa respuesta me pareció muy fuera de lugar para un huésped. Por último pedí carne en el restaurante bien cocida y poco más el corte iba salir del plato gritando… son detalles que no pueden verse en un hotel de este tipo.

Tuve una sorpresa muy grata al encontrarme con un alojamiento maravilloso, donde cuidan hasta el mas pequeño detalle. Fuimos al evento de unos amigos que lo realizaban en el mismo hotel asi que lo vivi desde adentro. La comida excelente y la buena disposicion y amabilidad son de destacar, hasta decidimos extender nuestra estadía disfrutando de los desayumos al aire libre. Limpieza un 10. Una experiencia maravilllosa. Lo recomiendo 100%. La unica contra es que como decidimos extender nuestra estadia, cosa que pudimos hacer, nos cambiaron de habitacion y no contaba con un espejo dónde pueda verme completa lo cual para una mujer es imprescindible! Volveria 1000 veces!

Отель хороший. Есть бассейн, тренажёрный зал и комната отдыха. Еда вкусная. Номера огромные с учётом того что мы брали простой. Из минусов только после душа вода вытикает и официанты долго не подходят. Рекомендую взять на завтрак бениндикт они его готовят профессионально.
