位置:從一個碼頭上島，全程電話溝通接送，位置很好，離飛來神廟很近
服務:人都特別nice，去哪裡都可以幫忙預訂，價格略高，但是全程車，服務都遠比自己搞清楚

設施：很好，房間在高處，門口有花圃。酒店自帶餐廳，烤魚米飯很好吃！早餐簡單了點，但是服務態度很好。
衞生：非常乾淨，地上掉了米粒，服務員結賬的時候順手都要清理走。
環境：遠處可以看到菲萊神廟。對於看了太多神廟懶得再坐船專門去看的人來説，是一個大加分項。
服務：非常好！老闆大叔、主廚大叔都很認真，抵達當天就會詢問第二天日程，以及出發趕航班時間，提前安排好船。在阿斯旺市區遊玩後想回程的話，建議提前半小時聯繫酒店安排好船來接。去酒店的船碼頭打車位置建議indrive或谷歌搜尋“benben酒店打車點”，當地司機都認識。這個價格和view，真沒有可以挑剔的了。建議在酒店直接看落日，不要去阿斯旺市區。這次最後悔的就是折騰去老瀑布酒店那邊坐啥落日帆船，還沒有這個酒店餐廳坐着看落日更美，可惜錯過了。

We stayed here for one night after being in Cairo and it was literally an oasis. We slept well, had an amazing breakfast and swam out the front of the lake. The staff we really caring and welcoming. We had to check out to go onto our next adventure. We all wished we could stay for another night and just relax from the whole day. Had we stayed the day we would have kayaked over to the temple.

The *entire* staff at this lovely place offer *superior hopitality*...you feel like family here! Karim coordinated all transfers with ease and even went above & beyond to assist this traveler whose luggage was missing while flying with finding necessary clothing & supplies in the local market! The accomodations here are comfortable and the food is also superior! Sunrise & sunset views over the Nile River with a view of the Isis Temple is unparalelled. Would definitely return!
