Many celebrities have stayed at this hotel, where I enjoyed the view worth seeing from anywhere while staying in a fabulous room. Especially the view of the Nile from the rooms is breathtakingly beautiful. I can't help feeling how much effort goes into maintaining the hotel's facilities, including the garden. Moreover, as an attention to detail, towels in the room are embroidered with the hotel logo, and the cotton package containing the hair dryer is also embroidered with ”Wonderful hair begins with a little wind” . I would like to express my respect to all the people who have continued to put such attention to detail into their work! The check-in process became a bit unpleasant as their stated policies did not match what was written in our trip.com booking confirmation. This included check-in time and number of guests for the room. We included our children and even had their ages listed in the confirmation. Upon check-in we were told that it was only a room for two adults. We were then instructed to pay extra for one child. Policies should be conveyed clearly when booking so we can know what to expect. Otherwise, the room had a beautiful view and the kids enjoyed the large pool. The breakfast buffet had a great selection.
