I hate to give a less than stellar review because it is a beautiful place, stylish and nice location. We stayed for 2 nights and because we don’t speak Portuguese I think we were not very welcome. We traveled in Europe for 6 weeks and this is the coldest reception we received. We felt like an inconvenience rather than a welcomed guest. This really tainted our experience and otherwise I think we would have enjoyed it. There were small things with our room as well- a wardrobe with no hangers, no hand soap at the sink, robes but missing the belts-weird but just small things. They did leave us a lovely cheese platter and bottle of wine which was wonderful.

polvo servido que era da refeição do almoço, aparência horrível, sem gosto de batata também. 108€ de polvo que foi devolvido à cozinha.Depois de reclamar com um dos empregados de mesa, este disse-me que ia ser encontrada uma indemnização e não fui recebido.

Todo o empreendimento é fantástico, arquitetura e decoração com extremo bom gosto, uma união do rústico e contemporânea muito bem conseguido, mantém as raízes originais e inovação nas infraestruturas modernas… sendo confortável e funcional! Quanto ao restaurante, cozinha muito boa e uma carta de vinhos excelente, recomendo o vinho ou sangria da casa.
