Family-friendly Hotels in Atami

We stayed at the hotel for the Atami Fireworks. Location is a nice easy walk down the slopes to the shopping streets. Plenty of amenities nearby. Room was clean and the space was well thought out. Staff is helpful. The carpark attendant that day wasn't the most friendly but that didn't spoil the stay. We were recommended not to drive to the pier for the fireworks because of traffic jam, which turns out to be true as cars were waiting just get out of carparks. However, it's a steep walk back after the fireworks as we followed google maps for the shortest route back but it surprised us with stairs. Could be an easier walk if we had retrace our steps although the distance would be longer.

9月にバスツアーで宴会場を利用した時に泊まりたいと思い、誕生日に一泊しました。早めに施設に着き、併設の温泉施設で遊び、チェックイン。フロントスタッフが宿泊名簿を見て当日が誕生日と知り、フリードリンク券をプレゼントしてくれました。部屋はひとりのため山側でしたが、広くて清潔で快適。大浴場も熱海の海が見ながらゆっくり、アメニティも充実。夕食のレストランも美味しく新鮮な海の幸がたくさん。追加で注文した牛タンシチューもフォアグラも絶品。朝食の鯵の開きも肉厚でジューシー。お土産も魅力的な商品がたくさん。また「泊まりたい」と思わせるホテルでした。

This homestay is owned by a lady from Northeast China and her Japanese husband. The lady was very friendly and introduced many precautions and classic tourist attractions in Atami to us before we checked in. But we were just transiting in Atami, and it was a pity that we didn't go to the places recommended by the owner's sister. We will definitely go there again later! ! The room is very big! ! ! ! ! ! It can accommodate 15 people! ! The room is very Japanese, and the structure is cleverly designed. It is like a Chinese garden with a different view at every step. It is a very special experience. There is also a hot spring bath on the first floor, but the lights inside are dim, which is a bit scary. Of course, there is also a bathtub in the room. Watch TV with the projector on at night and fall asleep steadily. It is really comfortable to sit by the window and watch the sun shining on the sea in the morning! !

大人6人幼児1人で２泊しました。夕食なし朝食のバイキングも豊富で、美味しくいただきました。お部屋も和洋室で使いやすいし、展望の良い大浴場は、ジェットバスが湯音も良く気に入りました。ただ、週末ということもあり、ローソン隣の市営駐車場までの５分ほどの坂道が交通量多いので、注意を要するところです。チェックアウト時はホテル隣の駐車場まで車を回せたので、ラクでしたが。元々予定していた温泉旅行でしたが、ホテル側のお計らいもあり、支援金も活用できてラッキーでした。５歳の子が花火に大喜びしてくれました！

I was taken care of for one night in early June. I was lost to take a taxi on a heavy rainy day, but I can see it immediately after passing through Atami shopping street. I was surprised at the inn! It was good not to take a taxi (laughs) When I arrived at the inn, I felt that there was a day trip hot spring (using a large bath). The entrance lobby was large and there was a space where souvenir corners (stores) and beverages could be freely drunk. The room is said to be ... It is a new building, so it is the back of the building. I took the elevator to the third floor, and I felt very lost with the left, right and stairs (there is a guide to the room when you arrive) I rented a room called ”manten” in the new building. It is very large and comfortable. You can drink refrigerators and coffee cherry tea. We also have chocolate and Japanese confectionery sold at the store. Amenities are also available in POLA, and the bed is large and comfortable. The bath in the inner bath is outside! It feels a little hot. The season was not so cold outside in June, but it feels cold outside in winter. (It may be cold until it is soaked in hot water because the cherry blossoms are to some extent) The bath of Hinoki is hot with hot water flowers and wind flow. The scenery can see the house and the sea. It was very clean. Dinner is 6 o'clock (time can be selected) It was a cute woman from Burma who greeted me in front of the dining room. It feels like I stood and waited for dinner and breakfast. I was fluent in Japanese and was very friendly and polite. The dishes are Japanese and very delicious. It was good that there was no salt or amount left. The boiling of gold eye was also made well and delicious. Breakfast is served at 8 o'clock, dried food, hot tofu and salad to choose from... This was also good, and the rice cooked and the water were good. I changed it because it was delicious! The master said, ”Rice is delicious” if it is not a koshihikari from Minami Uonuma! (the inn provided Yamagata rice is very delicious) One unfortunate thing is that G comes out of the gap of the lion of the inner hot water (bug) I entered the room. I called the front desk and asked for a * insect spray, and I did not crush it well, but ... it was a little scorched because it was big. I think it was very good. I answered the questionnaire and received the bathing agent of this inn (laughs) I want to see you again next time. Thank you.
