It is nothing to do with Japanese style Hotel!Not omotenashi,I feel uncomfortable there!Food is not Japanese,we can’t eat much,futon is so hard can’t sleep all night!!!!

It was such a scary night. I saw some staff when I checked in, but when I returned to the hotel after watching the fireworks, there was no one there. It was a 3-story hotel for our family. We had to go up and down the stairs, and there were no lights in the corridor, so we had to turn on the lights ourselves. It was really scary.
The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and the air conditioner ducts in the room were filled with dust which was a bad feeling.
Actually, the hotel environment is nice, but the management method is very problematic. There is only one Chinese dish for dinner, so I didn't plan to have breakfast and left early. But when I checked out, I couldn't see any staff. I made a wrong choice to choose this hotel. Fortunately, I had a good time 😢
