Family trip, front disk is messed up but the manager doing his best, waited three hours to be delivered to rooms as previous guests were late check out, rooms are spacious and renovated lately, cleanliness is moderate, rooms maintenance is need lots and lots of work as some wood and metal (shower towel hanger) need repairing, staff most of them are friendly, FOOD (in CAPS) no variety at all so you are forced to pick one item or two as most, quality of is good which was shocking, the aqua park for adults and juniors are good up to reputation and joyfully, beach is shuttle bus access which is bit far from the hotel so we didn’t bother going there.

Was very good water sports and activities, was fantastic dayuse there, service not that fantastic but it’s okie to spend sometimes there Don’t visit at weekends as it very busy ………………………….,.,.,…,,,,……….. Will repeat it again maybe next year

I booked this hotel because I was looking for an aqua park for my children and it said that it’s a 5 star hotel. However, it’s not even close. It’s not a 5 star standard AT ALL. I came into the room and there was no shampoo or towels. The safe box wasn’t working. The toilet lights were very dim. There were no safety measures at the aqua park which made worry about my boys all the time. I was entitled to breakfast and dinner which was very cheap! No variety at all and people would just queue up at the stations. I didn’t enjoy any of the food except for soup. Even the water provided is just 1 water tank and people would queue up to fill up their cups. One time I asked for ice and I had to cause a scene for them to bring me some. I paid $272 per night and it’s not even worth a quarter of that!

This hotel not 5 stars Service they are provide is only 2 or 3 stars I don't advice any one to come here The doors are closed with keys, not magnetic cards like any hotel.. The towels are not clean and there is no center for towels at the swimming pools. They will leave you two towels on the bed, two extra ones, to use them when you go to the swimming pools, and you cannot change them.. You will be surprised in the morning that the types of food offered are few and you have no choices.. For example, there is no brown toast.. there is no diet sugar.. there is no salad.. there is no coffee machine.. the types of food offered are not fresh.. this is not a hotel at all.. the staff is trying to please you, but it is clear that the problem is with the management Who knows nothing about how it could be the hotels management

Let’s start with the reception! Absolutely unacceptable - looks like a bathroom with some furniture. To be honest - very overrated to what it is. The rooms are the only good thing but no extra bed although we booked a triple room. Let’s talk about the staff- some of them are nice but the majority are not trained to talk. Now comes the food - very poor - no drinks in the buffet- the restaurant staff are extremely rude particularly the manager. Overall - it’s just a rip off and the Aqua park especially if you compare it to the simple Aqua parks in the hurghada or marsa alam

This hotel is very bad for family if u like to relax with your kids and families u can chose any other hotel and u can use it with as day use they are open aqua park for all people with cheap rate as guest same with hotels guest For my advice don’t chose this hotel for accommodation

The aqua itself is amazing and very amusing , yet, the hotel is making the money out of day-use visitors, who are literally messing with everything with their smelly food, fabric clothes in pool. Be aware, enjoy the aqua but know that the hotel is open for anyone for day-use.
