Can’t not fault these apartments! Myself & 2 friends visited Athens in early April 2024 ( 3 girls early-mid 20s). Highly recommend these apartments! We stayed in the ‘Penthouse Apartment’. The location is excellent, in walking distance to Monastiraki Square, Plaka, Anafiotika, all ancient & historical sights, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, metro station. The facilities in the apartment were superb and bed very comfortable. Everything was functioning perfectly, shower warm, the pressure was great and air conditioning cold too if needed. Very clean & modern. The complementary water and snack basket was a lovely touch! The apartment and balcony were spacious too. As 3 young girls we walked to and from the apartment at all hours and never once felt unsafe! The building itself has someone on reception 24/7 and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! The apartment also had a security/ black out shutter on the outside of the balcony door which was an excellent addition. I don’t believe you will find better value for money in Athens…your loss I guess if you don’t book your stay here!
