Awesome place to stay. Close proximity to Monastiraki subway. Tons of food and shopping options close by. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful - they went the extra mile to check with the strike status of the ferry company so that we can catch the ferry on time. Couldn't recommend enough.

We loved our stay at M17! Everything was very clean and the hosts were so accommodating and friendly. They let us store our luggage before check in and were very prompt to reply and help us on whatsapp. The location is excellent and it is very walkable. There will be some noise depending on what room you get, but my husband and I were not bothered at all. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and our hosts were absolutely lovely!

Perfectly located in one of the most convenient areas of Athens, it is the ideal base for exploring the city, everything is just steps away!
The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and super comfortable. But what really sets this place apart are the owners – they are some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Warm, attentive, and always ready with a smile or a helpful recommendation, they truly made us feel like long-time friends. You won’t find a better location, better hosts, or a more wonderful place to stay during a trip to Athens.
