The hotel is in the heart of the city center. 5 minutes walk from Monastiraki metro station. I took the metro from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and the staff is very attentive and warm. It took me 20 minutes to walk to the Acropolis from the hotel. All the sights, restaurants, shopping streets are in the nearest place.

We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. A beautiful brand new hotel. Excellent location with great restaurants close by within walking distance. Very clean. The staff go out of their way to make you happy and ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, thanks to Vivian. We asked for a late check out and Vivian was very accomodating. If you’re visiting Athens do not hesitate to book Living Yard!!

Amazing experience, got everything we wanted! Clean, modern and comfy. of course the staff is excellent and helpful. AC is working great also other electronics in the room. The room located in great location not noisy at all compared to other hotels I imagine, close to monstriaky square 4-6 minute walk beside that a lot of bars and restaurants are closer like from 1-2 minutes, to the shopping street it's it's like 10 +/- minutes.

The hotel is new, very nice and the location is great, just a stone's throw from the main square. The rooms are very spacious and the furnishings are cared for down to the smallest details, you will find everything you need. The staff is fantastic, very helpful and tries to do everything to accommodate customers. At the reception you will always find someone willing to help you and who will welcome you with a smile. Excellent hotel that I would recommend to everyone, if we return to Athens we will stay here!

About a 10-minute walk from the center of Monastiraki. Completely renovated inside, very new and clean. The room was spectacular, with all the amenities. Coffee, teas, and two bottles of water a day in the refrigerator. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Don't be fooled by the location or the street outside. I would definitely stay here again. Congratulations!!!
