very modern, stylish, contemporary and clean, we loved our stay. had all the amenities you’d need to feel at home. the front desk was super friendly and helpful. sadly the gym and sauna was under renovations so we couldn’t check it out.

The hotel is super clean and situated in central,close to tourist attraction places. 24hrs front desk service and the receptionists were amazing,kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay with my families. Everything we needed was available , such as refrigerator, microwave,electric kettle, coffee machine,toaster, strainer etc.
I recommend ERMASS to anyone looking for nice apartment to stay in Athens.

Had such an amazing stay here. About a 30 minute walk to Acropolis but was such a nice room. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Amenities like spa and gym are not ready yet as of Feb 2025 - all the rest was exceptional - would be great if it rains, for the rooftop to be swept.

On my second stay, I had a room on the 8th floor and suffered noise from the terrace until 1 p.m. They should open at times that don't disturb guests.

The room was better than expected. The location is very close to the subway.
The room is not big but fully equipped, very new and clean
The hotel's services and airbnb prices are even cheaper than Airbnb. The surrounding environment is also good and relatively safe.
