Nice atmosphere, perfect location and very good service. There’s a terrace on the roof to enjoy. Views on Acropolis. Best value for the price! Be aware that there might be mosquitoes even in winter.

in a perfect location, in the most popular area of Athens, with shopping malls and restaurants, within walking distance of historical museums and the Acropolis, you can easily get to the airport with the blue line from Monastri metro station and to the Piraeus port with the orange line, you can see the Acropolis view from the room with the balcony, but the balcony side can be a bit noisy

It's a 5-minute walk from Monastiraki Station in the center of Athens. Major tourist sites such as the Acropolis, Ancient Agora, and Hadrian's Library are all within walking distance, and the airport is just a subway ride away. The location is perfect, and if you stay here you won't have any trouble getting to anywhere in Athens.
The facilities were very disappointing. The shared shower room had no place to shower, the drainage was poor, and there was no space to even get changed. It didn't even seem to consider the basic needs of the user, and was completely unacceptable as accommodation.

The location is great. I was given a high-floor room with a view of the Acropolis. You can also see the city from the common area. There seems to be a common room downstairs where you can use the hot water heater. However, there is no elevator that people can ride in, so I didn't use it. Of course, there is nothing in the room and the toilet and shower are shared. But considering the price, I thought it was good value.
