Nothing negative about this awesome place. The personal is so friendly, they try to help you with all small details. You will feel yourself like at your home, you will not want to leave this place at the end. Stunning view at the rooftop to Acropolis, amazing location close with Kolonaki,Syntagma and all popular brands,cafes,restaurants by walk. Excited to come back to the hotel. Thanks to all the staff again and again.

Great location, room is small but it got everything we need, staffs are very helpful, helped me with phone charger plug, last day they let us eat breakfast before the official opening hour because we had to leaves at 7am for the ferry. It’s one block away from the sightseeing bus stop, I mean if going to the Acropolis is your main goal, this hotel is a good choice, it is close to Prakka area and many restaurants in walking distance, 5-10 min walk to the entrance of the Acropolis And the museum. It has some road noise but it is in the city, we only stay 3 nights there, I didn’t feel like taking a taxi or Uber or metro train, we like the location of this hotel a lot. Would recommend to our friends.

The hotel is very big and located on the main road, very safe. The room has three beds, central air conditioning, and the windows cannot be opened. I went to the rooftop 11th floor viewing restaurant, which was really good. The morning buffet was also on the top floor, very large, and there were many people, so it was actually a bit noisy. Compared to such a large area, it didn't have so many varieties, and the milk ran out quickly, and the orange juice seemed a bit bland. The breakfast was average, and the point was that the view was good. The room was still OK, although the decoration looked a bit old, and the bathroom had a bathtub, which was rare. It felt very suitable for bringing the elderly and children to stay, safe, and the elevator was big enough.

Did not get a king bed but got a twin bed instead. Execllent facilities. Love the heated indoor pool the most. It comes with hot and cold jacuzzi. Gym is well equipped and well maintained. Breakfast is nice with decent spread. Room sizes are inconsistent. Same price, but some with bigger space and some are smaller. Mine is extremely small and even have to walk sideways like a crab to get into my bathroom. Disappointed that for this Grand Hyatt, there is no dental kit provided. Also no toilet seat bidet.

We were given a welcome drink at the reception, what a surprise! All staff are helpful and polite. We booked a family room for 4 nights. In the last night, unfortunately the air conditioner didn't run. After checking, the night-shift colleague immediately opened two new twin rooms for our family. He has turned our problem into praise. We highly appreciate his work.

The hotel is located on a small road in the old town, between the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, and it takes no more than ten minutes to walk to both. The Acropolis can be seen on the left side of the balcony in the Acropolis-view room. The surrounding area is safe, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and there are small roads nearby, so you can avoid the strong sun in Athens by walking on the small roads. The hotel facilities are old and do not meet the domestic five-star standards. The breakfast is not bad, but freshly squeezed orange juice must be ordered separately from the waiter.

One girl at the front desk was not very good, others were very clean. Breakfast is good. Service is good, but the equipment is a bit old. The clothes rack in the room is cumbersome to use. There is no place to dry clothes. The washbasin in the bathroom is good

The hotel environment is quite good. You can see the Acropolis from the balcony. It is very convenient to travel. There are many restaurants and shops outside. It is also close to the main attractions in Athens, which can be reached within 20 minutes on foot.

We recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment wr arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choices. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable stay while in Greece. There are a maze of options but you will do yourself a favour by staying here.

Very nice hotel standing with an effort of design and services. The location is very good, central but far from the noise, some rooms will be quiet as they overlook the inner courtyard. Great welcome, welcoming place too. The rooms are well decorated and well equipped, coffee machine, kettle, tea, fridge, etc. very good. Small problem for the breakfast which was long in coming, although plentiful. But a lot of things don't have flavors (the omelet was dry and tasteless) or don't suit everyone's taste (donuts with artificial sugar topping, no thanks), way too much flour stuffing. The orange juice had to be fresh, elsewhere I found it more fruity and sweet, here it seemed to come out of a brick. In addition, the space is large, pretty because it is at the top, but very noisy, especially since the hotel welcomes a family clientele. Nevertheless pleasant stay, I highly recommend even if the price is high compared to Athens where you can find the same but cheaper.
