We visited the place and had talked to somebody earlier and told us there are rooms and food. After getting there, no food super tired from a long journey. The receptionist was super rude( poor customer service). I think a client should be given options. Despite me being a loyal client she didn't care. Of course am not visiting the place anytime.

The staff hotel is very friendly, especially the lady at the reception. It is secluded from the noisy city. The rooms were very clean and the food was very tasty (though pricey). The pool is large and fun. I would recommend this place for visitors especially short stays.

I had a wonderful experience at Sundowner owing to the fact that the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was so nice. Besides, its location is perfect considering the serenity and the feeling of being at home. Thank you! Will recommend it to my colleagues!

Visited with my friends for lunch and swimming. Great reception from the staff the mbuzi choma was amazing. Would recommend it to anyone visiting. Will be visiting again with my family. Hope we will get the same treatment.
