Good hotel
The staff was great. Very helpful and professional. The food from the restaurant was pretty good. There was only one working elevator my first night. The line was incredibly long and we waited at least an hour for it to die down so we could get upstairs. No one mentioned that either upon check in. The room door wasn’t operating properly. It tended to get stuck in the close position when the door is open therefore preventing you from closing it. I had to move the handle up and down before I could close it. Otherwise the stay was pleasant. Parking is expensive too. $54 per day when I went a week and half ago.

Street parking was convenient and accessible. Staff was friendly and helpful. AC controller didn’t work first day, they quickly fixed. Lobby was pleasant.

Great experience and very nice hotel. I can’t speak for the parking but everything else was great. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfy.
It would have been nice to have a microwave in our room but I’m grateful to have had a fridge there. There is only 1 microwave in the entire hotel located in the lobby.
I will say the restaurant did not have great lunch and dinner options especially if you are vegan. However, it is walkable to Publix and restaurants.
All in all, I would definitely stay there again depending on the parking price. I was not thrilled to pay the $100 a day deposit so I’m sure the parking is expensive too.
