1. 入住期間，在門口懸掛請勿打擾的情況下，有清潔人員在不敲門，不按門鈴的情況下直接刷卡進門。2. 入住後發現有之前住客的襪子還留在地上沒有清理，非常噁心。3. 因為前兩條，前台check out時表示會免收客房消費以示補償，但在我離開後重新收取了這部分費用，雖然幾十刀並不多，但這樣的欺騙行為非常糟糕。可見酒店並非個別部門的問題，而是整體存在問題，建議不要入住。

I expected a 5 star stay and this was far from it. Im used to staying at 5 star hotels but this one is lacking. I think its equivalent to more so 4 star. No turn down service, no toothbrush kits in the room, really dark inside of the room, the dining was terrible and a very small menu. I wouldn't stay here again. Valet parking is 62 dollars and self parking is 50 dollars. I personally don't think its worth it. If I ever have to come in town again I would opt for the ritz.

We booked a one bedroom suite … Stain on sofa, dresser had knobs missing & broken drawers. Had to move rooms because there was a loud noise (maybe pipes or ac?) in first room. Public areas of hotel are nice, but rooms are dated.
