About this space "Our Happy Place" is where your vacation paradise begins! It doesn't get better than OCEANFRONT! You get the picture perfect view from every window! The beach access is right off our front steps and the pool is right beside the boardwalk! You are steps away from your beach paradise! We provide everything you need to make your this trip a stay of a lifetime! The space: This condo is on the first floor which is awesome because there is no elevators. It's a adequate space for up to 6 guest as we have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a pull out sofa bed. There is a walk out balcony that is a wonderful spot to relax with family and friends while watching a beautiful sunrise/sunset over the water! Condo is equipped with a full kitchen with a microwave, full size fridge, toaster, and beverage fridge! Also, to make your stay better we provide towels & linens, and some basics. (hand towels, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper are provided) Bring your own toiletries that you will need for your vacation stay! Each room is furnished with a smart tv, wireless internet, and cable! Southwinds does not allow renters to have pets! Guest access Southwinds is a private community with a guest check in hut at the entrance! You will be required to to display a parking pass on your vehicle at all times during your stay! We do have on site security cameras provided by the HOA. Our Condo is closest to the ocean! So as you enter the Southwinds condo's you will turn right and building F will be all the way at the end!
