Great hotel and one of the best showers we had on our trip. Room was nice and clean but beds are slightly small for a family with children. However we managed and enjoyed our short stay. A bit complicated for foreigners to stay so better to arrive early in the day and not at night as we did because it takes a bit of time for approval and registration. However staff did their best given the late arrival time of us. But the hotel is nice and new and comfortable no doubt. One of the better hotels in the city and well located. Parking was a bit dirty though.

前台小姐姐人美心細又無比温柔，辦理入住的時候耐心的解答我所有的問題。停車也很方便，地下停車場很大，可電梯上下，方便。房間和圖片上一樣，乾淨整潔無異味。很好的一次體驗，果然，選全季還是不後悔，賓至如歸。下次出行，還選全季。

房間很不錯，設備滿新的，服務人員親切態度良好，可以停車，性價比挺高的。早餐也蠻好。這次選擇阿圖什落腳也是新疆的一個蠻大的城市，圖的就是住宿環境。

提前兩天預訂了套房，等到準備入住的時候酒店的人打電話説套房在頂樓，沒電梯，讓我換大床房。
換了也就換了，但是房間裏竟然有蟑螂，晚上一衹，第二天早上又是一衹😪😪😪就這樣的情況，前台服務員還讓我給好評！

酒店服務很好，周邊吃飯購物也很方便，就是地下車庫到酒店大堂的電梯沒有按鈕，每次車庫下來乘電梯都需要打電話給前台，讓他們把電梯按到負一樓，不太方便，可能酒店也是出於安全考慮吧。

一打開廁所門一股尿騷味就撲面而來，沖散了旅途的勞累，又加重了頭暈噁心。酒店辦入住等了半天，漢庭和全季在一個樓，早餐還可以吧。停車場挺破的，千萬別忘了找前台拿停車票。
