"整體上酒店挺好的，裝修也好設施設備也好衞生等都可以，就是小小的問題，入住前一天給前台打電話問退房時間是12點還是14點，因為一般都是14點退房，但網上寫的12點，前台接電話説喂，我問12點還是14點她説14點，我瞭解後給她説，好知道了，她説嗯就掛了，前台接電話不應該是第一時間你好，騎士國際酒店前台，請問有什麼可以幫您，我再説我的問題，掛電話也是，我就想可能是新開的酒店還沒完全培訓好，浴室裏的一個毛巾上有女人的長頭髮，毛巾倒是新的，這個我也就認為服務員打掃時可能不小心頭髮掉到毛巾上沒注意就放上去了，還有白色的一個茶杯裏黃黃的，完全沒有洗過，另一個乾乾淨淨，熱水壺也沒擦，一層面吐泥的那種臟的，最後一個問題就是上午12點到13點洗澡沒有人睡，水温30℃，最後早餐也挺好吃的，整體上還是滿意，房價也便宜，所以給了五星好評，如果下次出現同樣的問題那就差評了，還有客房的有個吐爾蓀古麗的柯族姐姐服務好。"
