裝修和設備都很新，廚房電器和用具很充足，洗手間檔次也很高，房間面積大，窗户大，採光好。唯一不足的是房間的電路開關設計邏輯有點複雜混亂，不夠清晰明瞭，天花板聚焦燈太多刺眼。沒有前台服務。購物，餐館都非常方便。街區有無家可歸者。整體體驗還是很不錯的。新價比蠻高，值得推薦。
