Great experience staying with Flat Holiday Accommodation. Smooth check in, and property is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The room is spacious and clean. There is a well equipped kitchen and a nice living and dining area. Highly recommended!

Good facilities. Not near to city but ok if you have rent a car. I booked for 3 nights but no one is helping to clean the rooms.

It was a very excellent experience. So very quiet. Beds and pillows so very comfortable. So clean and the receptionist has good customer service. I would recommend this stay.

Great place to stay reasonably close to the airport and a quick drive into town. It’s nestled in a suburban area so probably need a car to get around.

It was the best facility I have ever seen in New Zealand better than hotel I think!! Nice facility and quiet and clean but need a car to go!

Not enough parking. Air conditioning running but not cooling, ,stayed for four night in a warm room, replacement towels were to be charged @ $10, recommdations for one night stop over, not good for three or more days. Main entrance door had to be banged shut for the automatic door to lock.

The house has 6 rooms for renting and we had the ensuite one which is about 35 sq. M. Its pretty new and high standard. We can also use the kitchen and other common areas. The whole house is about 300 sq. M. The location is about 25 minutes drive frim CBD. There is no supermarket within walking distance. Also the streets are narrow and has many parked cars because there are many similar share housing. Overall the stay is very enjoyable.

Enjoyed the stay, however, it needed more clarification whether rooms had own kitchen or not just put shared kitchen. Location was convenient to our needs of attending family meetings. Peaceful and quiet. Beautiful rooms nice and cozy. Well ventilated.
