Staff at the front desk was really friendly. Also, loved that this hotel had the yellow bus service - which was really convenient after a long flight :)
Motel was decent and had all basic amenities. Thank you for the hospitality!

Have stayed here before and find it the best value for a place to stay overnight close to the airport with a free shuttle. Reception staff pleasant on arrival and departure. Didn't use the restaurant for dinner or breakfast but looks nice. Would stay here again if the price remains lower than other options.

Disaster service.
1 star is too generous for me to give them, i wish I could give -100 if I could. Worst service and irresponsible when coming to solution about the bond. The call centre recommend a dodge and illegal solution for me. Even want to take couple of bucks from me. Customer service call is disaster. Now I need to drive from Tauranga to Auckland to collect the bond to my company card

Quite spacious and ample parking. Entertainment, kitchen and bathroom facilities excellent. The only issue was there weren’t any towels

Excellent hotel. Good price. Free pick up and drop off from airport with yellow bus. Comfy bed, Excellent kitchen. Next to car rental place. Fast wifi. Highly recommended

amazing place, it was one of the cheapest airport hotels absolutely great clean large rooms with full kitchen, nice private bathroom and nice rooms. the shuttle ran very frequently - absolutely recommend this place over the more expensive ones

Very happy with the room, its cleanliness and kitchen facilities. The restaurant was pretty pathetic though. Really let the whole thing down. Shower pressure wasn’t great.
