Nice and quiet room with everything I needed. Lovely and clean premises and good to get time-out for myself.
Easy walk to the local shops for food and great to check out the gardens and get some exercise.

Very basic wont stay again - no toaster, microwave, plates, bowls or cutlery.
The carpet next to the fridge was sticky, obviously the floors are not steam cleaned.
Our room was requested for service only bathroom linen changed and bins emptied, bed linen not changed or made.
The staff left keys and glasses in the room upon servicing.
Parking free, laundry onsite was good and location was good.

We arrived late after going to a show and the staff were very nice in getting us sorted. It took a while to heat the place up, but once we figured out the air conditioner, it was fine. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for our needs. The water in the shower was luke warm and even with an extra blanket, it was not warm in bed. Also, the cleaners must have sprayed the place top to bottom with air freshener because the scent was overpowering. However, the location is great and the cost was very reasonable, so all up, this was a good deal for us.

we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was really well equipped - a full stove and excellent cooking facilities, sky tv and a good size TV

It is a conventional and clean hotel near the grocery store, cafe, and sushi bar. The sea view room has a beautiful view. However, the city view room had to see the Sky Tower. There is a more impressive, I guess.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. A solid choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay!

My husband and I liked to stay in this hotel as we had a very warm welcoming reception. Quiet area to stay if you want to avoid the busy and crowded city centre. The staff was friendly and polite. One drawback is that the breakfast does not worth it NZ32.
