I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gateway Airport Hotel in Mangere, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it an ideal choice for my travels, but it was the outstanding service, impressive facilities, and delicious food that truly made my stay memorable. The service at the Gateway Airport Hotel was top-notch. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the warm greeting at check-in to the helpful assistance with my luggage, every interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional. The hotel's facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a convenient workspace. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, with a great shower and plenty of towels. I also appreciated the hotel's fitness center and business center, which were both well-equipped and easily accessible. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which offered a great selection of local and international dishes. The food was tasty, well-presented, and reasonably priced. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the Gateway Airport Hotel in Mangere. The combination of excellent service, modern facilities, and delicious food made for a truly enjoyable stay. The outside of the hotel looks a bit crappy but the room is neat and clean. The location is amazing because it is really super close to the airport and they offer shuttle service. Service was good but there was no reception and had to go to the motel next door, but the staff there was very helpful.

Keep going back, very well situated to airport, Westfield mall, Sylvia Park Mall. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are always kind and professional.

i have admired Oakwood Manor over the years. I've never stayed, but always thought it was a stunning facility from the road as i drive pass. To stay in the room was a negative suprise in terms of room set up and decor. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Delux room is perfect, staffs are cooperative, decent environment, highly recommended. Positive points pick/drop services are available. Suggestions: try to check the room as queen room have shower tap issues ,small issues but hopefully solve it; also provide water , spoons in each room. Overall rate 5/5.

The hotel is the worst, the hardware is too bad, and the hot water has not been washed for a long time. Staying for one night when the transfer is okay, will not go later. Near the airport, it feels like a poor place outside Shenzhen, which is quite different from the urban area. It’s nice to have a large lawn and a place for kids to play around. There is a transfer machine.

Modern, clean tidy rooms. Just what you need after a long flight. Very peaceful/ quiet surrounding. Only downside is a short drive out is required to get to restaurants and supermarket

There is no heating and cooling in the room, and there are public bathrooms and toilets. There are four rooms to go. There is a simple microwave and air fryer in the room, a public kitchen is available, and there are dining tables in the lobby. It is an 8-minute drive from the airport and is suitable for early self-driving flights.

My family had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is excellent although I recommend that the buffet be different everyday. Hotel room was very clean along with the bathroom. One complaint that we have is that the AC unit is weak and appears to be clogged inside and it takes time for the room to cool.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff was also friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a neat, well-equipped hotel. It was little far from airport , but there is a yellow bus which connects airport and hotels every specific intervals.
