It's great, just near Mount Eden, next to a large shopping mall. The apartment is very new and has many rooms. I booked a suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which feels like home. The Asian lady at the front desk is very beautiful and nice. The remote control key for parking the car in the garage is given, so it's safe to park in the garage. It is said that if you park outside and get towed away on the road, you will have to pay a high towing fee. The clothes drying rack in the bathroom can be heated, and the clothes washed at night are completely dry in the morning, which is great. This is the best place I stayed during this trip to New Zealand.
📍It is relatively close to One Tree Hill. There is a shopping mall nearby. There are drugstores and supermarkets in the shopping mall. It is about ten minutes' drive from the Sky Tower and the port. It is more convenient to drive by yourself. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is not big but enough for guests to park.
🍃This is a hotel run by Chinese, and everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff seems to be Chinese. Friendly for people who don't speak English well. The front desk is not 24 hours a day, like most New Zealand hotels.
🌟The facilities are average and a bit old. The air conditioner didn't turn on the hot air. I don't know what happened. There was a loud noise in the room when I took a shower... I stayed for three days in a row and all the tea bags and coffee rolls🧻 were replenished. Only facial tissues were replenished on the second and third days. Ten pictures...other than that everything is okay, there are shampoo and shower gel, and it's quite quiet at night.
🎀There is a small kitchen with complete tableware (knives, forks, cups and dishes), a microwave, a refrigerator and a sink.
The decoration style is more characteristic. I went on the National Day holiday. The Mitsubishi air conditioning heating effect is very good. There is a burger takeaway shop nearby called hambagu. It is the best restaurant nearby. There is also a Japanese beef rice in the store. It is unexpectedly delicious. This is suitable for takeaways. Because the table is a bit cold at the door in early October. In addition, there is a Chinese restaurant in a very close place. I forgot what the menu is.

Room is ok and lighting is poor and cold as the heat pump is not working properly. I had room service as when I got back to the room and smell janola from the bathroom it so strong.
The hotel staff at reception Mr Chen was very helpful and always available to assist us to solve issues encountered during the first day stay at Auckland.
Very good hotel, clean and tidy, thoughtful and warm service, personally take the room, test the warm air conditioning, introduce the surrounding environment supermarket business, etc., Chinese service, you can book directly Trip.com
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped (microwave, small refrigerator, and kettle). The staff was also very friendly. There's free parking on site, and there are several Chinese restaurants nearby. Overall, I was very satisfied.
Rooms were small; adequate for 1 person but not 2. Customer service was good. The room had a broken ottoman that had to be replaced; they did with a chair. They could have not food options and a bigger lobby/restaurant but I think they may be limited by space.

Very Good
CCHANThe hotel opened by the Chinese, the room is quite spacious, clean, and the service is very good. Going right and going forward, there are two Cantonese restaurants. The one is called Jin Jade, which is very delicious. The amount is too big to eat. There is a horse carriage opposite the golden jade. Yes, Cantonese style morning tea is not bad, in short, the location is good.
GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay here with my daughter we came up for the Armageddon so was nice and handy to walk to. The motel itself, service was great, room and the beds were very comfortable and clean and parking was easy stress free and right outside our door. I would definitely reccomend and I would stay again 😊
JJaksirinontRoom: good as Big and lot of space ..stay at 1st.floor next to stair..so a bit noisy
Clean: good
TV: at first it did not work and takes time to fix it.. but later it work.. which don’t know why😄Room price: walk in to see room and check price..seem mor expensive than Trip.com a lot
GGuest UserWe like this Hotel and stay here each time we go to Auckland. It's within walking distance to Westfield Mall, cafes and the train station. The room is clean and tidy, maybe a bit dated but perfect for staying a night or two, the only thing we didn't enjoy was the very noisy guests in the next room!
JJIAI booked a car hotel because I rented a car. Free parking is very convenient. I also like that it has two beds, one double and one single, suitable for families. The motel is not big and there are not many rooms. It has 2 floors, and it feels a bit noisy at night on the roadside. Others are good! The hotel is managed by the Chinese staff of the Chinese owner. Very satisfactory!
GGuest UserThe room looked obviously old. But it's ok for basic use only. Most of this hotel is quite old. You need to bring your own detergent for washing clothes, or you can buy it, but there are good ones outside, so there is no need to buy it in the hotel. And you have to use coins. If you need to check out a little later the next day, you can negotiate (the check-out time here is 10 o'clock, usually around 10:30 is ok if you negotiate in advance, but remember to ask the staff to write it on the booking form. Otherwise, the staff who take over the shift the next day will refuse to pay and deduct more pounds (100 dollars bond)
HHaha205The motel is owned by an Indian boss. Parking is convenient, but the soundproofing is poor. It is a 20-minute walk from the Red and Green Supermarkets. The Green Supermarket is in a large shopping mall, while the Red Supermarket is very small and expensive. The cleaning lady is Chinese. There is a school opposite the hotel. It is not far from Mount Eden. There is only a microwave in the room, but no stove.
