Comfort stay with the family, safe, clean, staff polite. Breakfast very fresh, tasty. Spa area quite small, but we liked, 2 childs liked also. Hotel located in the beautifull area, in front of the lake. The restaurant in the hotel really good, we eated only there during our stay. We’ll come here in’s again. Andrius &Co, Lithuania

Beautiful location.. great pool and sauna.. amazing and friendly staff.. I only wish that they would have something to do in the evening..we played billard which you have to pay extra and it’s very inconveniently located on the 4th floor by the elevator.. Also, the pool and gym should be open earlier than 9am.. Other than that, great hotel and delicious breakfast!

Nice hotel with cozy and very clean room . Exceptional breakfast and good pool with sauna. Friendly, smiling staff...Very tasty food in restaurant. And we liked the location so much: hotel is in the green, quiet forest on the shore of the lake. 40 min on foot till Augustov centrum.

Very good hotel and facilities. Lovely staff, very good service and tasty food. Excellent location. We spend only 2 nights in the hotel and lived in the Business Room. Room was very comfortable and clean. We used the pool and sauna and all was in excellent condition and very clean. Staff was very helpful.

Renovated hotel on the shore of the lake, in the Augustów Forest. Comfortable rooms, equipped minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, Nespresso machine with capsules, sewing supplies, soft bathrobes, slippers, safe and towels. Hotel cosmetics are limited to multi-gel, which earns slightly less points. The bathrooms have a shower, it's a pity there is no bathtub. However, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The hotel is in a very good location, easy to reach both by car and by train (station 200m from the hotel). The beach is 100 m away, although I do not recommend it in March, it is located near the beginning of the bicycle route through the Rospuda Valley and a 15-minute walk to Netta in the middle of Augustów. Unfortunately, we did not have the best weather to go on a longer trip, but our stay was saved by the professional SPA available in the hotel, the possibility of using the swimming pool and the Finnish sauna. The breakfast deserves a separate comment - very nicely varied, with a choice of sweet, fit and gluten-free food. In the evening we tried a pizza with goat cheese, arugula and pear, it was thin-crust and without edges, we haven't eaten such a good pizza in a truly Italian style for a long time. The dining room is located in a glass room overlooking the lake. My girlfriend and I also noticed the general cleanliness and order. The room has comfortable beds, plenty of space for luggage, the possibility of sending clothes for washing and ironing, a large bathroom, and the possibility of changing bed linen and towels every day. All the basic amenities are available: a large number of towels, bathrobes, slippers, etc. To quote the girl: "It was great, good food, best regards, best regards, Kasia"
