Bedsheets were torn and stained. Though they changed it later but the first impression was really bad. Also they took the rs. 700 amount for an early check in @7am which was way too much

After visiting the hotel they cant give me the online room booking rate in cash payment. After this they say me to book the online room and its my good decision because i get a discount on it. Hotel staff members are so helpful and the services provided them are also good. Food quality is also good..

Actually we talk to manager before reaching hotel that if we reach earlier before 3 hours checking time we will be allotted the room but after reaching his servant declined this asked for extra charges of 1200 rupees and argued a lot fight with my friends and leave us with 800 rupees of discount paid for extra so at 5. 00 am in the earlier morning having no other option knowing nothing in aurangabad we checked in the room very sadly so it was one of the worst experience we have as we have to play state rankings

The staff is very nice, polite. Some suggestions like nothing was available at washroom like no soap, no hand-wash etc. 10/10 for the staff.

The stay was bit not comfortable cause the bedsheets, pillows and blankets were not properly clean they had stains all over as well as hair were also there, the toilet of room was stinking all the duration, they lack in providing toiletries aa well as there phone service was not working.
