We were duped! We thought we would be staying in a pleasant, roomy, stylish hotel (according to the pictures), but what we found upon our arrival was a rundown, dirty, cramped and neglected shack of a place. Dirty towels strewn in the hallways, doors that wouldn’t shut all the way, and an un attentive staff. Don’t get me started on the rooms. We had requested the family “suite” primarily for the room. But it was so dam small we had to open our luggage on the beds that itself had an unwashed soiled cover. The bathroom shower had a makeshift door that would not keep the water from splashing all over the floor no matter how you positioned the nozzle. The closet shelves were exposed and sagging so we kept our stuff in our bags. The thin wall assured us that we would be listening to the people next door as if they were in our room. Do not get fooled by the pictures! I thought for the price we paid we would at least be comfortable, but this was not the case. Thank goodness the skiing was great, otherwise the entire trip would have been a waste of time and a great deal of money!

Great location, room was small but clean. Bathroom again clean with small bath with extremely annoyingly a hand held non thermostatic shower with no clamp to fix the shower head....breakfast choice limited but good quality....every staff member we met were very welcoming 😊

We stayed as a couple for one night, had booked for two but the snow was not good and only ten runs open which we did several times over a long morning. The hotel is only a two star which I find strange as after our visit I would have put with 3 stars. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of the village and across the road from the main lift to take you up the mountain. There is limited parking at the hotel, but there is plenty of free parking close by and easy short walk. Our check-in was smooth with a very nice receptionist. Our room was on the ground floor with our own door to the road, ideal for unloading our bag and ski gear. We had booked a ‘comfort’ room which was a little more expensive than the standard, but we felt worth it. Specious room with comfy bed and a large bathroom. Several plug sockets with one either side of the bed. All amenities you should require. Like other reviews, I would agree the walls are thin so suggest you pack earplugs to have a good night’s sleep. No safe-box in the room for valuables. Excellent wi-fi. Skis & boot room available behind reception. Lovely bar and restaurant. We had dinner in the restaurant and both food and service were good. Breakfast was disappointing with no fresh fruit or healthy cereals. However, there was yoghurt and plenty of croissants, fresh baguettes, ham and cheese. We will definitely visit again, will just wait for some more snow.

A ski town and most places closed in the summer. The hotel was modern, clean and well situated. The staff were generally helpful, but the manager requiring money in advance for meals was 'cheeky'. Food varied from Ok to good, but there isn't much choice of other restaurants in the town at this time of year... No secure storage for bikes.

Séjour acceptable. On voit de suite que cet hôtel subsiste grâce a son placement géographique se situant juste en face des remontées mécaniques, et c’est ce qui le sauve (jusqu’à la prochaine reprise) Service sympa et dévoué mais à partir d’une certaine heure on voit que l’établissement est déserté. D’ailleurs l’accueil est souvent vide. Ça fait réfléchir. Mais il y a quelque chose qui a retenu l’attention de mon fils de 8 ans : Pour le petit déjeuner nous sommes limités à une seule viennoiserie, que la serveuse vous apporte après commande. Nous avons beaucoup voyagé en famille, et bien que nous ne soyons pas de gros mangeurs, le fait de se sentir limités rend l’expérience amère. Ça fait très cheap et on a l’impression que le Management essaie de trouver des solutions (mauvaises) pour réduire les dépenses et rationaliser l’exploitation commerciale. C’est effarant pour 2025, où les buffets sont le fer de lance de tous les hôtels qui veulent sortir du lot et attirer de nouveaux clients. Si même mon fils de 8 ans est choqué par de tels agissements commerciaux, il faudrait rappeler à l’ordre le responsable de l’hôtel chargé de la gestion/promotion de la structure. À savoir que si j’amène ma famille de 4 personnes passer 3 nuits dans un hôtel à la neige pour faire du ski, c’est que j’ai les moyens de mes dépenses. Bref, on a fini par prendre le petit déjeuner tous les autres matins sur une terrasse voisine.

Les chambres et leur entretien ainsi que le petit déjeuner ne sont pas à la hauteur du montant réglé . La douche ne fonctionnait pas bien, Le coffre fort était inutilisable . Il n’y avait aucune distinction entre la chambre confort et normale.

Hôtel très bien placé, à côté des remontées mécaniques, entièrement rénové, cuisine excellente, très bons petits déjeuners : copieux. Accueil très sympathique et familial, personne à l’écoute, le tout dans une ambiance familiale. Je recommande.
