Hotel Serena - Tre Cime Views

The wooden accommodation was cozy and nice. The reception staff was also friendly. I want to go back.

Usually hotels in Cadore, but more generally in the Dolomites, are of good quality. Unfortunately this is not the case. I am not talking about the rooms, which I found quite clean and comfortable, but about the cuisine which I found mediocre. Little choice on the menu and few typical dishes (what do saltimbocca alla romana or amatriciana have to do with it? Poorly cooked, by the way). The owner is kind, much less so the lady in the kitchen (also the owner I believe) with whom an unpleasant event occurred: returning from an excursion and after having paid the bill and with the suitcases packed we find ourselves exchanging a few words with the aforementioned. We ask for a coffee and after drinking it we ask how much we owe. Well... if it had been me but I think anyone who knows kindness and knows how to deal with customers would have offered those two coffees... not her. 2 miserable euros. Sometimes you get lost in a glass of water.

Albergo confortevole con ottima cena e colazione. Siamo stati in gruppo di 24 amici per quattro splendide giornate a camminare sulle Dolomiti e l'Albergo Serena è stato il nostro ottimo punto di appoggio. Ringraziamo Nicola col papà Roberto e tutto lo staff per l'ottima accoglienza e i consigli ricevuti per sfruttare al meglio questa nostra permanenza qui in Auronzo di Cadore. guerino e donatella

Personale eccellente,amicchevole. Il cibo molto buono e anche abastanza. Posizione del hotel bellisima. pero stanze quelle con letto matrimoniale sono da rinovare, il bagno molto picolo, non si puo neanche girare.

Veniamo gia da qualche anno, siamo contenti, abiamo visto i nuovi servizzi nel ristorante, camere sempre in ordine, tutto, i responsabili e tutta la squadra molto attenti e gentili, tutto OK, bravi, continuate cosi.
