千萬不能訂奧斯汀市中心套房酒店，這家酒店就是騙子！由於衞生間與預訂確認函不符，酒店工作人員電話裏騙我説幫我取消且全額退款，錢會3～5工作日退回我賬號。可是最後酒店拒不退款，讓我遭受巨大損失！
我訂這家酒店時，酒店介紹和酒店發給我的確認函一直寫的是一室一廳一衞。酒店沒有前台，入住當天中午酒店郵件通知我要在網上辦理入住手續，按他們發的連結填好繁瑣的訊息後，他們要我提供工作電話，否則無法指導我入住。我提供了美國的號碼後，就有一個電話號碼是*****************的工作人員打給我，告訴我因為共用衞生間被人搞得很臟沒準備好，現在無法入住。（現在看來這是騙人的話術）。
我對衞生間與預訂不符問題提出異議，他主動説幫我取消了訂單，錢會在3-5個工作日全額退回我的賬號。説的很主動且很明確（騙人的話術）。
辦理入住人員主動提出幫我取消並退錢，且沒為我提供入住必須的密碼和公寓門牌號碼等訊息。我客觀上不具備入住的條件，主觀上選擇相信了辦理環節的這個人。
過了3天錢沒到賬，我打電話給號碼是*****************的酒店的辦理人員，他説沒問題的，讓我耐心等待。我再過幾天，錢還沒到賬，他電話也不接了。
我通過攜程向酒店申訴：1、酒店實際條件與預訂不符；2、酒店人員主動提出為我取消並全額退款；3、做為無前台酒店，酒店沒有為我的入住提供相應的訊息，沒有完成入住服務流程，根本不具備入住條件。
酒店説電話號碼是*****************這個人衹是入住辦理人員，無權決定取消，酒店不承認他的承諾，因此不能退錢！（騙子之間的配合）！酒店委派的與顧客接口的工作人員的錯誤，卻讓顧客買單，這就是騙子的邏輯！
此次訂酒店、取消申訴過程不僅給本人造成經濟損失，還造成極差的服務體驗和精神傷害！也讓我認清了這個奧斯汀市中心套房酒店利用電話騙術不留證據騙錢賴賬的醜惡嘴臉！特別提醒朋友們注意，不要相信酒店的口頭承諾！
