What a terrible experience all around. First, I booked a "lake side" view and got a view of the next building. Second, I was charged $28 a day plus tax for "Amenities". When I called to ask what those where some ignorant chick said "It's like paddle boarding, scooters, you know, every guest gets charged for it", and then she hung up on me.
I didn't use the mini fridge, and they didn't even have basic muffins or juice for breakfast so the amenities are BS. The decor is marketing as some hip, eclectic "vide" but its just and old building. The elevator smelled disgusting, and the carpet was so worn out I don't think they've ever changed it.

The room's AC was inconsistent, difficult to find the right temperature.
The room we had was right behind the elevators so it was hard to sleep hearing them going nonstop til 3am.
The bathroom was also extremely dark and hard to even see yourself in the mirror.
